<description>Topic: body building

Message: HelloWe are making a documentary for the BBC on psychology and what society considers &#8216;normal&#8217;. I would love to speak to any bodybuilders (male or female) who feel that they work out excessively, or former bodybuilders who found that their exercise regimes were becoming problematic. Or are you just starting out as a bodybuilder? We are also looking for teenage/youth bodybuilders. We have no agenda to prove and this is not a sensationalist programme. If you would like to share your story we would love to hear from you

<description>Topic: Jumping rope advice me

Message: Hi everybody,I am looking at getting a rope, and wonder from people with experience with those, what the best kind to get is?Right now I have a nylon rope w/plastic handles and i find it's just too light, and just whipping it around over my head seems like it takes more effort than it should. I'm thinking the actual rope spinning part is supposed to feel natural and not take much effort while the actual cardio comes from the jumping.I should also mention, I have looked around and some of the prices on what amounts to a ROPE are kinda ridiculous. I really don't want to spend a lot of money on a string with handles.Any advice is appreciated!

<description>Topic: Food Scales

Message: Any decent scale that has a resolution of 1/8s or better and can measure in grams as well, will do.Mine will change from solid to liquid measure, but I have no idea what liquid measure is good for because liquid measure is volumetric.
