Ok do you think the following falls under ethic violations?

1. You walk into an office to meet with a doctor and he tells you to wait a second. He then preceeds to call his dicophone and dictate notes on the previous patient while you are sitting there and can hear the whole thing.

2. You are "ordered" to go to a "shrink". When you get there you find out that this dr has read your entire file, discussed the case at length with your accuser (dyfs) and that he has been given and read a previous evaluation.

A. are these ethic violations?
B. can this doctor really have an unbiased untainted opinion after reading and discussing you with others.
