D-Mannose finds it's way to to your bladder through your urinary tract system.Once in your bladder the D-mannose sticks to your bladder wall like glue in tern the ecoli bug is attracted to the D-mannose and sticks to the D-mannose and not onto your bladder wall. The next time you urinate the D-mannose will simply drop off your bladder wall in urination taking the ecoli bug with it,leaving your bladder free from ecoli and infections. |
