Weight loss is over 90% mental!

Weight loss is over 90% mental!

If ever America needed help with obesity, this is the time. Losing weight and keeping it off is no different than driving a car or baking a cake. You have to learn and understand what you are doing. Two thirds' of our population have proven they don't know what they are doing. Diets fail because people have not mentally prepared themselves for physical change (mind before body).

Every year millions of Americans start and stop diets. We buy new equipment, join fitness clubs, hire trainers, take pills, etc., only to quit weeks later. Everyone is looking for an easy way out, but soon find out "if it sounds too good to be true its not." The transformation from being an inactive person to an active person is virtually impossible without serious mental adjustments. Most diets fail to address this important issue.

Over 90% of weight loss is mental. The problem is most diets are physical, requiring you to eat less and exercise more. That is why most diets fail.

Knowing that weight loss is 90% thinking and 5%-10% doing makes things easier. For example: if you just spend 5% of 24 hours on an activity, you will begin to lose weight. 5% of 24 hours = 12 minutes a day or 84 minutes a week.

For some people it takes years, and others never learn the true secret of permanent weight loss. Our minds are full of thoughts. In order to control your weight you have to learn how to control your thoughts. To control your thoughts you have to become aware of them, and understand why you think the way you do.

To solve a problem you must go to the source and work your way forward. Before you begin to diet, you must pinpoint and analyze when and why you started gaining weight.

In a relatively short period of time,I will show you how to master your thoughts. You be amazed at how easy losing weight will become.
